Ingredients

3 cups garlic turmeric rice, cooked*

6 cups Mayocoba beans, cooked* heirloom bean from Peru

6 Tbsp. Coconut Aminos 

2 cups pecans, soaked and dried

2 tsp sea salt

12 cloves garlic, minced 

3 Tbsp fresh Thyme

6 tsp smoked paprika 

1 ½ tsp fennel seeds

¼ tsp cayenne pepper 

3 medjool dates, pitted
